Your profile on Netpace Health is a list of all the information that we need to help you find a job, apply for that position and then to get an offer. In order to proceed to apply for a job, you can start to fill out the form when you first sign up. Your profile will include information such as your name, email address, your work history, licenses you currently hold, your references, work status, vaccination information and preferences among other things.
While you can access our list of available job postings, you will only be able to apply once your profile is filled out and approved.
When you submit an application it goes to our Review team, they look at the submitted application, review it to ensure that it is indeed a match and works for both parties involved. They will then either submit you to the facility, ask more questions, seek clarification or close the application submitted.
In order to submit an application you will need to click on the “apply” button on the job page of your interest, complete the sections and then hit “submit”. You will be able to see all the information that’s stored in your profile as it is automatically updated into it.
A profile created on Netpace Health works more like your resume and lists all your information like licenses, work history, vaccination status etc – we format it in the manner that’s preferred by the facilities where you are applying for jobs. An application is one where you are actively applying for a certain available option. If you have updated your information on your profile, it will be saved to your profile for future use. complete your Profile before applying for jobs because it will allow you to apply for jobs more quickly.
We cannot submit your application to a facility without SSN information as it is required by all of our facility partners to complete a background check.
All information uploaded on your profile is formatted to the requirements of the positions you are applying for.

In Washington, D.C. and all 50 states, prospective RNs must apply through their state licensing boards and pass the NCLEX exam. While some states may grant temporary licenses to nurses waiting for NCLEX results, others do not permit RNs to practice until they pass the exam.
An RN must hold at least an ADN, although certain states like New York require RNs to complete BSN degrees. Before graduating, nurses should apply to the state nursing boards where they intend to practice and pass the NCLEX-RN exam.
